Longtime Live With Kelly and Mark on-air personality Déjà Vu has revealed a rare health diagnosis live on the air.

The radio personality and Live morning DJ announced to cohosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on Tuesday morning's edition of Live, "When we were out of the Oscars, I was hit with a bout of Bell's palsy. It's facial paralysis, and kind of droops to the side a little."

Vu added that "the right side of my face is paralyzed," but that there's "a little bit of movement" coming back.

Ripa called her colleague "such a trooper" for enduring the condition, which Vu previously concealed under a black face mask.

"Mine isn't as bad as some that I've seen. I'm not in a lot of pain, it's just more of an inconvenience," Vu added, as she spoke while the right side of her face was paralyzed.
