Pete Davidson praises ex Kim Kardashian's acting skills: 'She's so good'

Pete Davidson is heaping praise on ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian for her recent TV and film roles.

"She's so good at acting," the comedian gushed to Nikki Glaser, Kardashian's costar in the upcoming comedy, The Fifth Wheel.

Davidson and Kardashian dated for nine months, beginning in 2021, not long after her split from Kanye West, now known as Ye.

Kim Kardashian has a fan in ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star has been slowly breaking into acting the last few years, between starring roles on American Horror Story: Delicate and Ryan Murphy's 2025 legal drama All's Fair.

And while fans and critics alike haven't been particularly complimentary on her theatrical skills, Davidson has nothing but applause.

On the latest episode of Netflix's The Pete Davidson Show, the host interviewed Nikki Glaser and brought up her costar in the upcoming ensemble comedy flick The Fifth Wheel.

"Isn't it crazy Kim's good at acting?" Davidson asked rhetorically. "I remember when we were dating, one day she was just like, 'I think I'm gonna be an actress.' And I was just like, 'F--k yeah!' And then [she's] just good at it and I'm like, 'Get the f--k out of here.' She's so good at acting."

Glaser agreed, praising the Skims founder for ignoring those who didn't believe in her talent.

"Anything she wants to do, she will do it, especially if people are like, 'You can't do this,'" Glaser told Davidson. "And for her to go into acting with all the public perception of her anyway, she knew… everyone's gonna look for her to fail."

The Fifth Wheel, directed by Eva Longoria, stars Glaser, Fortune Feimster, and Brenda Song as a group of longtime friends who embark on a road trip to Las Vegas – only to have their plans crashed by a hot outsider, played by Kardashian of course.

Davidson, who recently split from model Elsie Hewitt just five months after they welcomed daughter Scottie, dated Kardashian immediately following her split from Kanye West, now known as Ye, in 2021.

During their nine months together, the rapper took several jabs at his estranged wife's new boyfriend, who he often referred to as "Skete." The rivalry took a dark turn with Ye's music video for "Eazy," in which a claymation figure of Davidson is shown being kidnapped and decapitated.
