Riley Keough is at the center of a startling new claim after court documents alleged she is the biological parent of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben.

In the docs obtained by Page Six on Wednesday, December 17, the allegation appears in a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley, who claims the actor and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough’s eggs to conceive Ben, who was born in 2010. The docs state that Kruse alleged that Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000 and an old Jaguar as part of the reported arrangement.

The filing further claims that Keough, now 36, agreed to provide her eggs after her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously offered hers to Travolta and Preston. Kruse alleged that Lisa Marie later withdrew from the idea and that Travolta and Preston allegedly no longer wanted to use her eggs due to concerns about her drug use.

The claims were included in an amended lawsuit initially filed by Kruse and Kevin Fialko against Priscilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, for breach of contract. According to the lawsuit, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators” following Lisa Marie’s death in 2023.

But Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, denied the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly earlier this week, saying Kruse has “demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.” Singer added, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” calling them “shameful.”

At this time, neither representatives for Keough or Travolta have responded to Parade's request for comment.

Travolta, 71, shares three children—late son Jett, daughter Ella Bleu, 25, and Ben, 15—with Preston, who died in July 2020 after a battle with breast cancer.

Just days before the lawsuit made headlines, Travolta proudly shared a photo of Ben skiing on Instagram. “My son!” he wrote, adding, “This is the start of the new season! Proud of you Ben!” The post quickly filled with supportive comments praising the teen’s athletic skills, including from his sister, Ella, who shared a bunch of clapping emojis.
