The Seattle Seahawks had their official debut on HBO's Hard Knocks last week, and it was a roaring success. The rest of the NFL world got an intimate look inside what makes the reigning Super Bowl LX champions so special.
Episode two airs tonight at 9:00 pm Pacific Time, or 6:00 pm if you have access to the HBO Max streaming platform. But that isn't stopping anyone from getting a sneak preview of what is to come! The official NFL twitter account shared a clip from the upcoming episode, which featured a fun competition among teammates.
Seattle's run game coordinator Justin Outten gave tackle Mason Richman and defensive lineman Rylie Mills - a hero from the Super Bowl - two sledgehammers. The competition? Each player holds out two sledgehammers in each hand, arms fully extended, and the first one to drop or dip their arms loses. I'd say who wins, but I don't want to spoil the fun. You can see for yourself in the tweet below!

The upcoming episode of Hard Knocks is getting plenty of hype, with ESPN's Pat McAfee saying he's hearing it's one of the series' best ones ever made. I guess we will just have to find out for ourselves!
