Six Flags Magic Mountain is reimagining part of its Valencia park with the new Looney Tunes Land, which is set to debut next summer as several attractions undergo removal.

The changes come to the park’s kids' area, according to Six Flags. Visitors will soon get to experience four “distinct areas inspired by beloved classic characters” from the Looney Tunes universe. The park already has Looney Tunes characters and another Warner Bros. staple, the DC Universe, featured throughout.

The “complete transformation” into Looney Tunes Land within the park includes removing the Magic Flyer coaster, Tweety’s Escape ride, the spinning Pepe Le Pew’s Tea Party cups, and Speedy Gonzales Hot Rod Racers, Spokesperson Sara Gorgon told the USA TODAY Network in an email. Work to remove the Magic Flyer and Tweety’s Escape attractions will begin Jan. 5 with anticipated completion by summer, Gorgon said.

Magic Flyer, a kids' open-air ride, took riders up a 10-foot hill; Meanwhile, Tweety's Escape was a swinging attraction, according to Six Flags.

Taz-Mania: Described as a “vibrant tropical landscape,” the area will feature an Whistlestop Train rethemed as Taz’s Tasmanian Train Tours for a tour “through the island’s wilderness.” The new Taz’s Exploration Trail, which replaces Magic Flyer and Tweety’s Escape locations, is where visitors “will explore the Tasmania Trail and go on a treasure hunt.” This area also adds new seating.

Road Runner Ridge: Described as “a New Mexico-inspired area,” visitors will get to see the painted tunnel seen in the cartoon and more.

Bugs Bunny Play Park: This area will replace the Speedy Gonzales Hot Rods and Pepe Le Pew’s Tea Party attractions with “thematic free play and exploration zones.” Merrie Melodies Merrie-Go-Round will be refurbished to match the rest of the park, while updates are coming to restaurant Wascal’s, including a new Granny’s House that’ll have an explorable interior.

Camp Duck Amuck: A “High Sierra-inspired zone,” this portion of the park will take Taz’s Trucking Company attraction and turn it into Daffy’s Forest Four-Wheelers. The Looney Tunes Lodge will also get a renewed look.

The change into Looney Tunes Land is set to begin early January 2026, Six Flags said.
